And nothing beyond that. Keepr does not read your mailbox, your documents or your meetings. Only what you share yourself.
Where Keepr works
Keepr works where you already collaborate every day. Today that is Slack and the Fruitful platform. In Slack, Keepr shows up in the channel where the work happens. In the platform it sits alongside the agreements, the compasses and the outcome of the Team Scan.
Microsoft Teams is coming soon. And for teams that do not work in a chat tool, think shift work or people on site, we are looking at WhatsApp. So a team does not need yet another separate tool to give development attention.
What belongs to the team stays with the team, what is personal stays personal
Keepr works with two kinds of information and treats them differently. That is not a setting you can switch on, it is built into how Keepr works.
The team layer belongs to the whole team
Team agreements and shared context belong to everyone. Keepr can use that information to support the team, and will raise it unprompted in the open channel where everyone is reading.
The personal layer is yours
Your personal context, your development points and your conversations with Keepr are private. Only you decide when to use or share that information. Your manager does not see it, your team does not see it, and neither do we.
Keepr supports, it does not monitor
Keepr does not listen in on what is said in meetings. Keepr does not send private messages about how someone is developing. Keepr does not report to the manager on who asked what. And Keepr does not pass judgement on people.
Not because it could not technically. Because support only works when people feel free to ask. Personal information is never used to assess anyone.
Stored safely in Europe
Everything Keepr holds for you sits on European servers in Ireland. Your data is not used to train public AI models, and it is not sold on.
Team agreements and personal compasses are stored separately, with different access rules. That is not a setting you can switch on, it is built into how Keepr works.
