Keepr supports, it does not monitor
Keepr does not listen in on what is said in meetings. Keepr does not send private messages about how someone is developing. Keepr does not report to the manager on who asked what. And Keepr does not pass judgement on people.
That is how Keepr is built. Support only works when people feel free to ask. Personal information is never used to assess anyone.

Your data is stored and processed on servers in the EU.
It is not used to train AI models and it is not sold.
We keep conversations with Keepr for seven days.
That way we can look into a technical question or an error. After that, they are deleted automatically. What the team confirms together is kept. Messages in Slack or Teams themselves follow your own Slack or Teams retention settings.
What is personal stays personal.
That is how Keepr is built: personal information is never shared without the consent of the person it belongs to.

Is this another tool my team has to work in?
No. Keepr works in Slack and Microsoft Teams, where you already work. If the team does not use a chat tool, Keepr works on the Fruitful platform.
What does Keepr actually do?
Keepr brings your agreements back when they matter, helps record decisions, welcomes new team members, holds on to knowledge when someone leaves, and asks a short, anonymous check-out question every week.
How is this different from ChatGPT, Copilot or other AI tools?
Those help one person with their own work. Keepr helps a team work together. Keepr knows your agreements, decisions and way of working, and is built to keep that information safe.
Does Keepr replace a team coach or a manager?
No. Behaviour does not change because a tool arrives, that takes people who see what is happening and guide the conversation. Keepr provides the continuity between those moments: small interventions when they are relevant.
Is our team information safe?

Do we need IT approval?
Only for Slack or Teams. An administrator adds Keepr: in Slack through an installation link, in Teams through your organisation's app catalogue. We provide the documentation. Without a chat tool, the team starts straight away on the Fruitful platform.
Can we use Keepr without a Fruitful programme?
Yes, if your team has already been through a similar process, with its own or an external coach. The team then starts with Keepr straight away, and we build your team identity from what you recorded in that work. If there are no team agreements yet, or they are out of date, the team starts with the Teamscan and the team sessions.
Which languages does Keepr work in?
Dutch, English and German. Keepr answers in the language you write in.
The session is the beginning, not the end
The team sessions are where insight emerges and where it becomes concrete what needs to change. Keepr helps bring that back into daily work afterwards.
