Working together, also when it gets busy
Most teams know perfectly well what could be better, and they make good agreements about it. The hard part is actually acting on them in everyday work.
No obligation.

Intention is rarely the problem
A team has a good conversation, sees what could be better, and makes agreements everyone stands behind. A few weeks later the daily pressure takes over again and old patterns creep back.
Not because people do not want to. But because different behaviour needs attention, practice and support, precisely at the moments when it matters.
First see what is going on, then decide how it can be better
Team development starts with understanding what is going on. With our Team Scan, three team sessions and the personal compass, we make visible where the team stands, which patterns help and which get in the way, and what people need from each other.
The team gets to know each other better, has the conversations that usually go unsaid, and works out concretely how the collaboration can improve. What behaviour does that take? And what do we agree about it together?
That is where concrete development points and agreements for everyday practice come from.

1
If something is not working, we say so in time. Not once the deadline is at risk.
2
We raise irritations with each other, not about each other.
3
We close every meeting with who does what, and by when.
4
If we disagree, we say so before the decision, not afterwards over coffee.

And then, on an ordinary working day
The real test does not happen in the team session, but on an ordinary working day. When the pressure rises, when something grates with a colleague, or when three new priorities suddenly land.
Keepr knows the team's context, the agreements and the development points. That lets Keepr help people at exactly those moments, so insights actually get applied in the work.
What are our team scan scores, and when were they measured?
Your team scan (last updated 3 September 2026) shows a Team Dynamics Score of 6.8 out of 10. Want me to dig into any of these, like the gap between Trust - Experience and Trust - Contribution?
What time is our Monday Week Start?
Your Monday Week Start is at 10:00. It's meant to connect as a team, share your focus for the week, and surface any dependencies or blockers early.
A year of guidance, tracking and adjusting
After the first sessions, the real work starts. So we stay involved through the year.
The team coach regularly joins meetings the team already has, sees how patterns show up in practice, and helps the team adjust where needed.
With pulse checks we follow how the collaboration is experienced and where attention is still needed. After twelve months we run the Team Scan again. That shows what has actually changed and what the team needs in order to keep developing.
Keepr supports in the days between those moments, so development gets attention even when the team coach is not there.
See how we workFrom a good session to lasting change
A good team session can set a lot in motion. But real change shows up in what people do differently every day afterwards.
Fruitful helps teams hold on to that momentum, keep developing, and make visible what is changing.
